How does a deaf person hear thought?
When a person goes deaf during life, when he or she thinks can hear the thought in their head, because they know the sound of the word from hearing it before becoming deaf. But what process does a person born deaf have since they never heard the sound of the word?

I guess we dont HAVE to think words, sometimes, you will notice, you just think what you see, or how you feel about something. Its amazing how people dont need what they dont think they should have. You know what's interesting? Imagine how Hellen Keller thought.
Or maybe you were trying to ask how people born deaf READ?

They just imagine the words i guess.
Wouldn't you all agree that we don't always think in words? I know that at least for myself, sometimes I think faster than I could put things into words, and it's more like a stream of pure thought than anyhing else. Sometimes you can't even put thoughts into words at all. I'm not deaf, but I assume that we share this with those that are. As for slower thought, the thoughts that to the hearing world would be put into our internal "voice," I would have to agree with those who said that the deaf wuld think in their language, though I have no idea what that would be like.

I don't actually hear my thoughts in voice form in my head,
