Opinion on the Okafor trade?

It's an excellent trade for the Hornets in my opinion. Chandler was only a really good player with Chris Paul, hence his 60% FG%. Emeka Okafor has been a very good player for years, and now he's on a winning team so he'll get some recognition.

Tyson Chandler when heathly, can be a dominant Center in the NBA

It shows that Michael Jordan is the most retarded player ever, first he trades Adam Morrison, and Shannon Brown for Vladimir Radmonovich, then he trades Emeka Okafor for Tyson Chandler. Okafor is a double-double Machine. Chandler is an injury to himself machine.

Well im not sure how much the hornets got better because chandler is the more athletic player but okafor is more polished. The hornets wont have to worry about okafor being to short at center in the west because shaq moved to the east and yao is injured.

Im not sure yet. Okafor will have to be a Center full time with West at PF, and im not sure if he is big enough to contain some of the NBAs premiere guys.

I think Chandler is better than Okafor with the chemistry he had with CP3.

But...

What good is he when he is injured? Emeka gives them somewhat of a steady Center, in an already tough western Conference

the only thing cp3 did with chandler was something only chandler could do hes not as tall and doesnt get as high as chandler did so he cant make those alley oops tyson can d everything emeka can do if hes givin more a role

hornets been pushing tyson for many months now and finally done it. getting okafor is a bonus. i think they earlier tried to trade him for draft rights. tyson aint too happy with any of that. he goes to charlotte which may entice iverson to play under brown and jordan.

Better trade for the Bobcats, i think chandler is better.
