The error says :
C:\Windows\system32\opNfdDsp.dll
have no idea what the file is! :-)

The file is missing or not in the place where it is expected, go Search, Local Drives and find it, if it's found make a copy of it to where it suppose to be.
No idea what it is myself, no such file here, it probably belonged to a Codec software suite or something, because it looks like happening in an idle Windows Vista desktop which means it is not exactly critical to the running of your computer. Some software install is failing? This might be it, connect the dots.

without knowing everything about your system it sounds like either a virus has removed a file or a virus was removed and left a trace.if it happens on start up hijackthis or an adaware scan may fix it.

Can't quite read what the exact name of that .dll file is. Type it in here so we can go look it up on http://www.google.com/ :)
