Could you diagnose this condition?
Patient is male, 50 y/o has low fever 99 -100, random joint pain, elbow, knee, wrist, ECT. Eyes are light sensitive and lower 1/2 is blood shot, no pain otherwise. Urine has micro amounts of blood protein. Scoped out bladder, no lesions or tumor. Cat scan shows no kidney stones. Patient complains of numbness in toes and thighs. Blood sugar is normal. Any ideas?
Yes, Patient's kidney funtion is down to about 50%. Createns running at 2.6
No rash, BP 138/80, pulse about 78

hello....did the patient undergo renal function tests?and what are the other symptoms?are there swelling and tenderness of the joints?any rash?hows the vitals i.e pulse,respiration and blood pressure?i think it could be some auto immune disorder like glomerulonephritis,amyloidosis,chronic interstitial nephritis etc...
