Okay Tom Top Contributer, How Are Some Vanilla Ice Creams Whiter Than Others?
Regular Vanilla Have That Natural Cream Color, But I Have Seen Bright White Vanillas How Are They Doing It??

True Vanilla Ice Cream has egg yolk in the custard base, and therefore the cream color, rather than the white. White Ice Cream either doesn't have the egg yolks, or has coloring added to it.
