What kind of computer should I get?

I'm looking for a desktop computer with a budget of ~$700. I want something that has 4GB of memory, 750GB Hard Drive and 64 bit OS.

If you can give me links to some really good computer, it will be very helpful

Wondering also what is better, HP or Dell? I always hear Dell has bad customer support and that HP computers overheat. Also, are Intel integrated graphics any good?

Please do not answer saying I should make my own computer or get Alienware.

Update:

Well I went to Costco today and found an HP desktop thats:

-Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200

-6GB DDR2

-750GB Hard Drive

-64 Bit OS

-Intel integrated graphics

includes a 21.5" LCD for $799.99.

Just to remind people, I am looking for a desktop under $700 that does not include a monitor.

With a 700 dollar budget, chances to get a good computer that you are looking for is slim. Try Futureshop or Bestbuy because they usually have great deals on computers but with $700, you are not going to get 4gb of memory 750 hd and 64 bit. My computer was $1200 with 2gb of memory 400gb harddrive, 64 bit, and 128mb of video. If you really want a computer that is good go for Dell. And with your requiremnts, the computer would probably cost $1000 and above.

Or try Used Computer or Laptops because the laptops these days are even better than desktops.

I'm just going to answer your question part of it. HP is a much better brand than Dell. HP designs their computers better, especially laptops, they look much nicer and you can definitely get better bang for your buck. Dell, also has bad quality, at least that's what I'm hearing now. I have never, however, heard of HP computers overheating on a mass scale. Intel graphics cards, bottom line, suck. They are for budget PCs and should not be used for any kind of video game. If you want a video game card, get either ATI or Nvidia.

I will recommend HP over Dell because of its magnificent Entertainment MultiMedia. If your budget of $700 does not include monitor, go for HP pavilion Elite e9110t series.

One cautious note on HP customer support: they are no better than Dell (trust me: i had some not so good experience with their customer service as i own HP)

Not dell~~! There is a reason Dell has good customer support, they get allot of practice!

If under warantee they will always attempt to fix the problem.

    There are many many problems!

You should make your own computer.
