Where i live, gas has gone up 20 cents in the last few days, Is this because of Obama and his oil buddies?

Funny how any time gas prices went up before, it was all Bush's fault and now golly gee Wally, Bush is no longer in office yet gas prices continue to rise and its speculators and Obama cannot be blamed.

I think you have Obama crossed up with Bush bud. More importantly the rise in gas prices is due to the economics of supply and demand. Since Americans and people all over the world have lowered their consumption of gasoline OPEC and the energy corporations have raised the price of oil and the refinement of oil to make money while demand is low. Consider taking an into to economics class at your local community college so you don't ask any more dumb *** partisan questions.

This is two part. The first being speculators the second being the decrease in the value of the US Dollar thanks to the massive printing of money with no gold to back it up.
