Congress is not "selling" any jobs. That's just cynical. There can be enough jobs for everyone.
I assume this is an attack on free trade. If so, you should know that your real income is based not only on your pay, but also on prices. If you have to pay more for something, your real income is lower. And if you have to keep raising prices in order to raise your income, you're just chasing your tail.
You benefit from cheap foreign labor. The amount you benefit seems almost unfair, except for the fact the cheap laborers are benefiting too compared to what they would have without those jobs.

If Congress were selling jobs to the highest bidder it wouldn't be a problem because the highest bidder will always be an American. The problem is they are selling jobs to the lowest bidder so we're all screwed.
