A democrat will be appointed/elected by the legislature if Senator Kennedy dies in office/retires while serving. He is still alive they don't have much a motive to hide it is isn't like they are gonna send a Ted Kennedy impersonator to fill his seat in the Senate.

Funny how Chappaquiddick Teddy wants to change the rules AGAIN on his Senate seat. Liberals make me want to puke.
