Any thoughts on why Tim Donaghy broke his parole...?

He didn't show up for work. Check his article in Yahoo Sports. Personally, I think this is more about being a responsible citizen. He broke the rules and was therefore sent to jail. Afterwards, he violated his parole by not showing up for work. I think, they just want him to be a more responsible citizen after what he has done to the league and the many other people who got involved/suffered for his actions. its just like a normal boss firing his employee for going AWOL. Only this time, his bosses are the marshalls.

might be safer because I imagine a number of people aren't too happy, with him getting mob threats and such.
