I need help firing Super Missles in Metroid Prime Trilogy?

You don't really need to shoot a super missile at the four weak points, you can also hit it with the power beam, ice beam, wave beam, or plasma beam. I don't have a problem with the super missile's controls. If you still want to try to use a super missile, hold the A button with the part of your thumb right below the finger on the backside of the thumb (a line in your thumb's back side) and press the down-pad to shoot a super missile easily. Oh and try to get a good aim, nothing in your way or nothing to prevent the missile from not working.
