Who to start at flex position?

I have one spot in my lineup open and it can either be a RB or WR.

I can choose from:

WR: Tedd Ginn Jr - MIA

WR: Percy Harvin - MIN

RB: Darren McFadden - OAK

RB. Ray Rice - BAL

RB: Donald Brown - IND

I can only choose one. Please give me your advice and explain.

Update:

I should mention it is a PPR (point per reception) league. I was leaning towards either McFadden or Rice. If Rice is starting (which I think he is now over McGahee) I should start him over McFadden in week one against KC.

I would start McFadden. He's healthy and is going to be taking 85% of the carries. He's got great speed and will put up great numbers.

i say Mcfadden because rbs naturally put up more points then Wrs Donald brown is on a pretty much pass based team and ray rice is a backup i think Mcfadden will have a good year. Harvin is on a team that is a predominant run team with a good D so they will run to eat clock. And Miami seems to really like Ronnie Brown thought i dont get why and they dont have a good QB

I agree which you will desire to pass RB in the flex as a replace of Stevie Johnson, yet i could play Fred Jackson as a replace of Hightower. all of us understand that Fred Jax is the #a million RB in Buff so he gets 20-25 touches. With Hightower being on a team that has Mike "delusion raper" Shannahan because of the fact the coach, you basically dont understand for valuable what share touches Hightower gets. There are 4 RBs in that backfield and that i'm valuable they'll all get touches.
