I went to an Asian market, saw a box, look like tree roots inside, curious to know what it is, or what type of vegetable it is, thanks

    If it was at a Chinese Herb shop they are most likely herbs, medicine, or something to make "Leong Shui,"(Sorry for pinyin problems)
