if you like make him notice you! just ask him something like, "I bet someone as good-looking probably already has a date." while sweetly smiling, he'll have to respond! (hopefully the results are the prom!)

just go smooth, wear really cute clothes that the guy likes and then don't wait till the dance comes because if he's not that cute he won't go so ask him first then go. so as I said before GO SMOOTH!!!! and say would you like to dance and if he says sure or yes take his hand on a SLOW song and just do a romantic dance and follow his steps and i'm almost positive he'll kiss you maybe not at the dance but depends how old you are if you are 15 he'll kiss you very soon at the dance or soon after the dance. but if your 12/13 it'll take a while but if you take all my advice it won't take as long :) hope I helped

Just walk up to him and say, "Hi, Leroy (or whatever his name is). Let's dance!" Then take his hand and walk to the dance floor. Don't walk too fast, or too slow. If you're looking good, he will go.
