    You .. a diet?

You mean you're planning to eat more?

If you insist on going on a diet it would be worthless in the long run..

    -ana :( ?

ok khalas i'll focus on the question :P

You shouldn't eat less...you should exercise .. exercise is the key to lose weight ..

Go for a walk/jog in your neighbourhood in the morning .. and repeat that afternoon..

It's better not to have dinner... just fruits instead of bread.

It worked for me.. I was chubby back in the days.

its not hard at all ..

but do not say i will start monday .. say i will start RIGHT NOW .. because monday will never come

and start off with slight changes ..

do not depend on a diet to lose weight .. play sports .. work out and move you will lose weight much faster than just depending on food. DO not force yourself into something you don't like (say you don't like push ups.. do not force yourself [you are not going to Olympics nxt yr. lol] but seriously otherwise you will stop everything all at a time) but walk if you like so, bicycle, run whatever you like.. anything will lose you weight.

Also, do not start from 0 to 180 degrees all on one day. but say today you cut fast food and you stay that way for a month. if you eat between meals, then do not do that just depend on the main meal for another month .. after that you will find a great change

you may cut sugar because you really do not need any and depend on fruits..

you can substitute pepsi with diet (i don't recommend any of them but if you feel you have to then go for it)

    other things are like

    - do not eat before you go to bed .. eat before you go to sleep with at least three hours

    - do not starve yourself .. you can even eat small meals ... five or six times a day every two hours

Before ramadan, I was actually very good! Although I wasn't dieting to lose weight, I was dieting to have a more healthy diet (no fast food, bad food etc) I was going really good & literally only ate fruit & other healthy foods. I would allow myself 1 snake *the candy snake things* a week and that was it. Now that I'm fasting, i think when ramadan is over I will just eat every peice of chocolate I see.... so yes it is very hard!! Good luck :)

when there is a will, there is a way... but to get hold of that will?? That's the hardest part...

Just put a target and never look back or around... Focus on the end results and the new you, you wish to be...

And never give up... I'm sure you can do it...

    Good Luck...

Sheeze...you sure got my attention ! Well it all depends on WHY you are wanting to diet ....

I have never dieted but I do watch what I eat....not so much what but how much !

I'm not in favour of scrawny...I like a woman to look like a woman !
