Honestly, the US Open needs to tighten up the security because this could've easily turned into a nightmare situation similar to what Monica Seles went through when she got injured.
About that kiss, I think it's cool that Rafa didn't trip about a guy giving him a kiss. He knew that the guy really didn't mean any harm, but just wanted to show his appreciation. Rafa's comfortable with his sexuality, but he knows he has just as many male admirers as he does female admirers, and it doesn't bother him one bit.
This just goes to show that Rafa is one classy guy that appreciates the respect and love his fans have given him throughout his young career.

There definitely are problems with the secrity at the U.S. open.
They usually have one large 500 pound fat guy who is about 6'5 at court side, but that obviously is not enough to stop an incident like the 'Nadal Kiss'.
Nadal is from the Mediterranean and it is quite a common practice in that region for males to kiss each other as a greeting. Its common practice in Italy, Spain , Lebanon, Greece, Egypt. In those countries kissing a male friend/relative is exactly the same as shaking his hand. That is why Nadal was not concerned about it rather than 'feeling comfortable' about his sexuality.

why would he mind that?? He said it in the press conference, the "guy was a great fan, he said I love you and kissed me".I think Nadal realized that the guy was harmless and just an over excited fan otherwise he wouldn't have tried to hug him back or waved at him when the security were taking him. That's Rafa, always such a nice guy. : )) btw, the guy is facing charges now and could get at maximum a year in jail and 5,000 fines (I think he regrets it now, lol)
But I think it could have been dangerous, some security measure should be taken!!
EDIT: The guy was released without bail, but had to surrender his passport and was barred from the National Tennis Center

Im not surprised Nadal was relaxed about the episode. I can kind of understand why the authorities came down hard on the guy tho, as they need to provide safe security for players. the circumstances could very well be different, more violent for example.

I say it truly is greater constructive. the ladies folk i've got kissed, have been much greater constructive than the adult men. They understand precisely what turns a woman on. Like, the final woman I kissed replaced into relating to the cutest kisser ever. She could play with my hair, kiss my nostril, chew my lip, lovable issues like that. We have been interior the flicks, guffawing and kissing on the same time. do exactly no longer be awkward, or afraid to do something. It makes it greater exciting. For me, it truly is basically greater awkward with a guy. it truly is like, females and ladies connect greater constructive than females and adult men. it is why i think of woman/woman kissing is greater constructive.

He was a gentlemen about it... Doesn't mean he's gay. And even if he was, why would it matter? He's still a good player.
The US Open really needs to tighten the security though. That dude could've had a knife or anything.

I think it's ok. It will make me feel more confident and motivated if I were Nadal.
