Not getting mortgage stmt from Wells Fargo?
We're a little ahead on our mortgage, and we would like to keep it like that. But for the past several months we have not been getting our mortgage statement. I have to call them and ask for it. They say a payment automatically triggers the mailing of another statement. But that doesnt seem to be happening lately. This just started a few months ago and we've had our mortgage with the same company for nine years.
Has anyonne else had problems not getting their mortgage statements?

We have a system in India whereby customers can lodge complaint for deficiency in providing essential service and even news papers have complaint column in which customers are given help in taking up the matter with the relative vendor. There must have been such authority to take care the interest of the customer. But for that follow up and facts must be lodged in writing to all concerned.

Do you have on-line access to your account, because that should be the best way to get up to the minute status?
Although, I have a friend with a Wells Fargo checking account and she is not happy lately with the on-line accounting of her checking account regarding pending transactions when she is balancing her account. But for an accountant, she is not very sharp about her own personal finances, and not sure how she keeps track of debit card use.
Chase makes my combination home loan/HELOC somewhat confusing since they acquired it from WaMu. The paper statement shows more detail than on-line, which has everything lumped together.
