Dodge man or other dodge mechanics, need to know where part is?

Was wondering if anyone knows how to check to see if the crank angle sensor is bad on a 98 caravan and where it is located? Thanks for any help with this problem in advance.

it mounts between the top and second bolt on the top of the transmission on that one, towards the back with a 10 mm bolt holding it on and if you remove it to check it you need a book for the specs on it and also you need to be really careful if it checks good and you do reuse it,because it has to have an air gap in between it and the wheel it reads off of other wise it will get damaged by the read wheel and then you,ll have to buy a new one for it,i dont have the specs on checking that one but you need a good digital ohm meter and also a repair manual for the specs on it and the right procedure for doing it,be careful because it is adjustable and has to have at least a 25 thousands air gap in it,good luck.

it is mounted on the transmission and is black and next to the engine.

one 10mm screw head holds it in and it is small and measures the turning torque converter in the front of the trans. Near the back.
