Im so depressed, i need to loose weight?

I went to a freinds birthday bash on the weekends, it was huge.. done on a penthouse and everything. Last night.. the pictures from the party were uploaded onto facebook.. and like i know im overweight but after seeing those pics its like omg am i really that big? everyones telling me to loose weight esp my mum n dads like right on my back all the time and so is my fiancce im meant to be getting married next yr.. and they keep freakin me out on loosing weight... i kno there are health probs of being overweight but i get depressed and upset when somone tells me im overweight i aknowledge it but i dnt wanna hear it frm anyone and ive said that to my famly and they ignore it and keep telling me off.. anyhu im meant to be starting diet and exercise bt i just cant find the energy or the motivation anymore... im just too upset.. i really neet advice guys.. please.. what do i do? how can i motivate myself.

If you eat little and often you'll speed up your metabolism and you'll feel fuller for longer. You will lose weight by eating this way as it gives your metabolism a kick up the backside. Cut down on fats and sugars.
Exercise 5 or 6 times per week by training for 30 minutes using the interval training method. Warm up by walking briskly for 5 minutes then do say 3 minutes of weight work (using your own body weight for squats, lunges, push ups etc.) and then say 3 minutes of cardio. Try not to rest as you change from one to the other as you need to keep your heart rate up. Make sure you stretch at the end, and keep up with your water. This is far better than working slowly for a lot longer duration, and research shows that you will burn body fat. If you don't do the weight work and just cardio you will lose lean muscle and not much fat, which you want to avoid at all costs. If you retain and even add muscle you will find it easier to keep fat off. Don't worry you won't look like a body builder.
If you must eat something naughty like chocolate then have it within 20 minutes of a hard workout and your body will burn it straight off.

If you wanna diet do it slowly and take your time. Pressure like this actually can cause severe mental problems such as Anorexia and Bulimia.
I was pressurised like you are and I had so much pressure put on me that I am now Anorexic and look frail, gaunt and awful.

the only way to help yourself out of this is to have the desire - that's really the only way it'll happen. you can choose - force yourself to painfully work out, run etc every day - and become healthy, fit, and happy (eventually, if you stick to it) - or you can have a much easier day to day life, but be stuck with your problem. it's as simple as that
