I need ideas to decorate a door in a carnival theme.?

The decorations need to be cheap and we cannot use baloons. There is a contest at the school and it needs to be good. Help!

    use blinking LED lights like the ones for christmas trees, and add a box which says free candy but make it empy. also make it make sounds

    a clown mask in the middle, a picture of lions with the tamers, monkeys balancing on bouncy balls boxing kangaroos :D.
