Lower ab pain, 32 yr old female, no bad test results?

I have had lower right abdominal pain for 8+ months, now to the left and centre on occassion.

Appendix is long gone 1998

Csection 2004 May

VBAC 2007 October

Abdominal CT scan clear of nasties

Ultrasound of bowel, kidneys, uterus also clear, showed a right renal protrussion apparently that's nothing to be concerned about.

Sneezing, coughing especially when lying down, picking up my children or getting up from sitting all twinge the ache.

Occassional unexplained nausea

History of migraines.

IBS since atleast 98

Bladder doesn't feel empty after urination, this is more recent than the actual pains.

Dr has passed me off to the OBG, whom i'm yet to see as seriously, what can he tell me that the tests haven't already. that they have no explanation.

I am surprised I haven't been sent for a pap smear, that's my next request actually.

Has anyone experienced anything similar with or without resolve?

I'm a non smoker

Rarely drink

Don't eat much red meat

With my faithful partner since 97

Update:

Dr.K

Had cysts in the passed apparently.

Recent ultrasounds showed nothing other than a right renal protrussion.

I also forgot to mention that my tail bone is now aching every day, I crakced it boxing day 2007, recovered fast, and am now having dramas since the abdominal pain has gotten worse, more headaches too.

Update 2:

Periods are no longer 28 days, some are early or late but within "normal range" tho heavier, darker and bighter on the same day and as of my last one, some small clots, which is not normal for me.

Have you been diagnosed with cysts on either ovary? Normal periods? If I were your health care provider I would start a new patient work up including a vaginal u/s to get better look at uterus, f-tubes, and ovaries.
