Can I make my period come a couple days earlier?

I know this is gonna sound weird but I need to be as anemic as possible at my physical next week. I'm like 150% certain that I'm anemic and I'm sick of being tired all the time so I want to have good solid evidence of it so they'll fix me. But at the time of my appointment I'm gonna have more iron than usual because my period hasn't come in a month, I'm supposed to have it the day AFTER the doctor's. Any way to fix this? Please don't accuse me of being a freak :)

Unless you're on the pill, you really have no control of when you get your period.

You can reschedule your doctors appointment.

If youre concerned, ask them to test your hormones as well- as this will show that you are coming-up to your period and the results will be inaccurate.

Realistically, just before you get your period, your iron levels dont magically go up... they just depleat when you bleed.

If you truly are anemic, getting tested before, during or after your period will always show that you are low in iron.

Any form of anemia substantial enough to affect you physically will show-up on the tests.

each on occasion it is going to only bounce around. that is winter, and mine seems to, for some reason, come earlier whilst that is been chilly out. i in my opinion would not be demanding approximately it in any respect. good success!
