Depending on long you will be outside,for all day turtleneck shirt, sweater,
jacket,long johns, scarf, gloves, hat, warm socks. Just walking around a t shirt, sweater/sweatshirt, pair of tights under long pants, warm socks, waterproof comfortable shoes, scarf, hat, gloves, keep a tissue in your outside pocket to wipe your nose.

Plenty of sweaters and sweatpants. Not to mention a ski cap to keep your head warm and a pair of gloves to keep your hand warm.
