Is there a web site where I can find out if someone is a licensed LPN in Alabama?

I work for a staffing agency and I have had several applications for a Job Order I have for a home nurse in alabama. One reponse said they were an LPN. How can I check to make sure she is licensed? Her resume shows she could be a prefect fit; however, she is supposed to have "misplaced" her license and I am a little suspecious.

    Try this website:

    https://www.abn.alabama.gov/Apps/lookup/verificati...

    Website says:

    License Lookup

This application is for LICENSE LOOKUP. This application is NOT

to be used for primary source verification. If you require primary

source verification, proceed to our Online Services and order an

official verification OR you can enroll in our online verification

subscription service. If you already subscribe to the subscription

    service, click here.

If you need to request additional documentation regarding discipline

for a specific nurse, contact the Legal Department at the Alabama

    Board at 1-800-656-5318.

The lookup application will be updated daily by 8:00 am.

Search by entering the license number or the entire last and first
