plz help help help help?

i'm not sure how this is a programming question ;)

there are many places you can get karate videos including youtube as well as the link i provide below, but it does not make sense to learn a martial art without an actual teacher or at least a partner who knows it well beside you.

any kind of martial art or athletic skill relies on muscle memory and even if you repeat the moves and learn to do them, you would have to be a very astute athlete if you can learn how to be very efficient in the way you project your force, power and resistance to another human being.

You could probably find some vids on youtube. Search it there. Are you good at math?? I need some help...
