What can I do in two days to make myself look really good?

Is drinking water a good tip? I just want to look noticably better.

I think everybody is probably asking the same question ... or most people.

Well, it depends on what is really important for you.

Taking care of your body- if you want to lose weight, you go on an exercise routine. Exercising should not only help you lose weight but it will help your skin to look healthier, it keep your body energized, tone your muscles, and make you a healthier person!

Drink lots of water to keep your body rejuvenated.

For face- im a natural person so...

you should do some face saunas..like once a week. Let some steam go on your face for a few minutes, then you can get a scrub (ex. st. ives - or if u dont have any, use sugar! it works!) and scrub ur face gently while over the steam. When you are done with this, use any mask on your face - u can pick up any mask at stores like rite aid/walgreens/duane reade, they are basically under 5 dollars, and they work. They help to clear ur face, clean ur pores, esp. after a face sauna, the mask works its best (bc the pores have been opened).

If you like a nice hairstyle, go ahead and put it on yourself.

My hair is very VERy curly, i've never really taken much attentino to it , but lately i've straightendd it and curled it back (a few 'neat' curls), and found that it looks really good, it made me feel nicer. So, if there's a hairstyle thta makes you feel nice, go ahaed and put it on.

Use natural looking makeup. Dont put too much foundation on. You can use mineral makeup. Or liquid foudnation, but dont put too much on, and make sure u have the right color for ur skin. Eyeliner works niecely, i put it on the top part of my lid. Lipgloss or lipstick works nicely, i usually use a light colored lipstick (it looks natural), but u have to find the color thta looks best on you.

Make sure you eat a balanced diet. Eat healthy. Do not eat too much fast foods and junk foods.

Clothing - if there is some piece of clothing that hikes your confidence up, wear it, and perhaps you should go and buy another piece like that, assuming that it will have the same effect.

I am not really a 'dresser', anytime igo out with any of my friends i notice that guys always look at them and its like im not there until i havet o ask something or buy something. i was always wondering..but then i realized, that well duh, they are all dressed up, im not. sometimes i feel bad, but i realized, heck if i were to 'dress up' a bit more, i think im ight have gotten some attentin just like them. i should try that a day lol.

Try to be happy. Let the little things in life make you happy, put a smile on your face. This will reduce stress, and reduce you looking stressed/down.

Stress reducation - laugh, make sure you find ways to relax!! take a nap, do some stretching, go for exercise, sleep, watch a nice movie u like, listen to some good music, go for a walk.

Sleep! - without sleep, we tend to look different, and feel crappy.

If you dont eat the proper foods, you may take vitamins such as vitamin C and E. I take vit E, ihear it clears your skin.

    Good luck.

    yes lots of water

-try to cut out fizzy drinks as this will bloat you out. try not to eat too much carbs i.e. all the beige food such as buiscuits, bread etc. youll feel slimmer and if you look in the mirror alot youll notice it too.

    -get good nights sleep

    - exfoliate your body and moisturise afterwards

    - use hot oils on your hair (deep conditioning)

-paint your nails and use a pumice stone on feet!

    - vaseline on eyelashes at bed time to nourish them they look fuller if you do it regularly

    - when you dry your hair after shower, dry your hair upside down so its all volumised and lovely

    - exfoliate your lips with an old toothbrush by rubbing them gently and put vaseline on them

    - pluck eyebrows or any other straying hairs, and shave armpits and legs! and anywhere else :P

these are mostly what i do before i see my bf for the weekend they are all tried and tested hope i could be of help :) x

  • well, it depends on what you want to change.

weight loss can take time, but standing up straight and sucking in helps alot. the more you suck in, the more it firms your stomach muscles and you can actually get smaller that way. but you have to squeeze until it hurts. :/ i guess it's worth it though.

looks (as far as facial goes) you can just work extra hard on your makeup :) use baking soda when you brush your teeth to make them white. go to the beauty salon and get your hair done, etc. small things like this make a big difference in your appearance :)

and even if you aren't the prettiest person, just remember that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder :)

I'd say take your vitamins and drink lots of water.

Are you trying to look thinner? Or make your skin look better? I'd offer different offers for both of these...

drink plenty of water and follow a good skincare regimen.
