Yugioh King Tiger Loop-hole!?

Ok, here is the situation:

My opponent has a face-up King Tiger Wanghu which destroys any monster with 1400 ATK or less instantly. It is my Standby Phase, and I control no monsters. I then summon The Immortal Bushi from my graveyard. King Tiger Wanghu's effect activates and destroys it. Still in the same Standby Phase, I still control no monsters so I summon The Immortal Bushi again...

This is an endless cycle. How does it end??

HELP PLEASE!

Update:

Dax, I believe you would be correct. I don't actually have to summon The Immortal Bushi, I just normally do anyway. To Answer, I don't go out and plan infinite loops. It just happened while we were dueling.

This card cannot be Tributed, except for the Tribute Summon of a Warrior-Type monster. During your Standby Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard and you control no monsters, [you can Special Summon it]. You cannot activate this effect if there are any monsters in your Graveyard that are not Warrior-Type.

It says you CAN Special Summon it. You don't have to, but you can. It's an optional effect, so just announce you won't use his effect.

In a tournament you would be disqualified or would have got a warning for delay of game. Don't start infinite chains, most players don't find it amusing.

This chain ends by The Immortal Bushi being destroyed. When there are infinite chains, the card that was played first stays. Once King Tiger Wanghu is gone, you can bring Immortal Bushi back.

Well, it would go on forever until you don't special summon it anymore.
