    I've heard great things from a new product http://www.backupspace.com/ I use it for personal use, however you can set it up to e-mail your system admin every time a backup completes, and you set it once to run on a schedule and it does it in the background, really easy to set up, give it a shot!

    Best according to what criteria? Acronis is good, dd is better, free, but takes knowledge to run.
