I had a new a/c unit installed in my car but it doesn't cool.?
I'm going back to the garage, of course. How could this happen? Did they make a mistake with the installation or did they just put more freon in my old unit and rip me off? What do you think? I plan to take action against them if they do not make good.

It's very possible that the didn't vacuum out the old coolant before he filled it up with fresh. If there's any air left in there, it's not gonna cool rite.

Don't get your nickers in a knot....yet.
Probably something simple like a blown fuse or something. Go and talk to them calmly and let them have a look at it before you get all worked up.
