preparing for a beach body?

I'm 25, 5'6"and I started going to the gym 7 months ago,I exercise regularly and I eat a healthy diet and I drink a lot of water.

I managed to lose 28 pounds of body fat and gained 7 pounds of lean muscles.

the problem now is, I want to shed off the last pounds of fat(approximately 3-5lbs) to achieve a well toned body and defined abs but I can't seem to lose any of it naturally, I'm having thoughts about using fat burning pills but I want it to do naturally just as I did in losing 28lbs...please share your advice(pls be specific)

    DONT USE PILLS! Most of these have come back to show horrible health side effects. Some shut down your kidneys, colon, and sometimes your heart! The best way to lose more weight for you would be to change up your work out. Change from crunches to elevated crunches. Its called muscle shock. A muscle can get used to the same repetition and not get anything from it. By changing it up you are challenging it. I dont know what you are doing buy planks and knee lifts help alot.
