Well if he is continually telling you that he will pull out and never does then I would definately sit him down for a chat it's disrespectful of him, if you both don't like using condoms have you considered going on the pill? if you want to go on the pill make sure you both get tested for std's, you should get tested regardless since you've already had unprotected sex just in case, you should definately use at least one form of protection in case of accidental pregnancy. If you go to your doctor they'll be able to help you find the best method for you and they wont be judgemental about it.
