POLL ; What Do You Think About The qhetto or the Hood?

I'm from a rough area. Yeah people call it "The Hood", "The Ghetto", "The ends" Whatever you want to call it.

Point is I love it here, because this is where I'm from. Grew up here. Hung out here. Etc

But I hate it more. There is way to much crime, unemployment, danger, pain.

Gangs fight all the time over stupid things. People get stabbed for nothing. Nobody has a decent job. Nobody goes out at night and feels safe. I can't do anything without being critizied. I want out the "GHETTO" but It's difficult to change your ways....

ok sometimes there are some shootings, cops coming to my neighborhood I saw a guy get arrested once so I'm not really fond of it. I hate living where I'm at I would rather change it then leave but I think I am :( but i love living here because of my friends :)

i used to live in the "felony flats" area of portland oregon. i saw a guy get stabbed on the lawn from the window of my room, and i heard a drive by one time in the middle of the night. that was about it, im actually glad to be out of there! it is not a good place for a family to begin their lives thats for sure
