Facebook friend can't send me a chat message?
A Facebook friend of mine said that there is no "send chat" option on my profile and we can't see each other when we're online. How do I change this?

Both of you check to make sure you haven't accidentally put each other on friend lists that are not allowed to see when the other one is online.
