DOES mascara make your eyelashes shrink?

No. As long as you don't mess with your lashes, like try to pull the mascara dry clumps out, then, no. Eyelashes naturally fall out, so I don't think you have anything to worry about. If mascara made lashes shrink, a lot of people would not use it.

Here's the best way to use mascara: try to keep it on the tips. Sometimes if you really put it on thick all the way to your eye lids the chemicals in mascara can clog the pores that your lashes come from, causing the growth to be stunted sometimes. So its ok to use it everyday, but try to minimize the contact with the sensitive skin around the eyelids, and make sure you always clean it off before bed, and your lashes will stay lovely.

It actually doesn`t matter what mascara you use it actually matters how you take it off. If you use a makeup remover, then your eyelashes will be in better condition, but if you use baby wipes your lashes will get thinner and start to break off. yeahh i doo mine shrink and then i stopped using it the next day i woke up my eyelashes were longer:D weird but it does skrink (dont rub your eyelashes)
