Math question! Probably shouldn't be as hard as I made it....?
log(x) - log(8-5x) = 2
it's log base 10, the x and 8-5x aren't subscripts
Update:
oh and showing the work would be greatly appreciated :)

10 ^ (log(x) - log(8-5x)) = 10^2
10 ^ log(x) * 10^-log(8-5x) = 100
10 ^ log(x) / 10^log(8-5x) = 100
x / 8-5x = 100
x = 100 (8-5x)
x = 800 - 500x
501x = 800
x=800/501
