At the first prestige you get an extra custom class slot, new challenges, Titles and Emblems. I have also heard that at the 5th prestige you get another kill streak reward, totaling 4, and at the 10th prestige you get a total of 5 kill streak rewards. You also unlock more custom slots the more you prestige
