is the world really ending in 2012?

is the world really gonna end in 2012 or is it just a "we-dont-know-if-its-gonna-happen-or-not" kind of thing? are the scientists sure about this?

    Scientists are quite certain that this is just an amateurish hoax that is so absurd they laugh at it. It is barely literate frauds who created this dumb hoax. Some of them are certifiably insane, e.g. Jose Arguelles and Nancy Lieder. No reasonable person should believe such pathetic losers. The purpose is to make money selling books about this dumb "kuso". TV shows and a movie got in on the act as well. I bet you $1000 that Doomsday will not occur in 2012. No one at YA has bet against me.
