Your school counselor is your best bet. Since you are under age, your guardian will need to make you an appointment with a therapist. Here are a couple places in your area, it wouldn't hurt to call them yourself and ask if they charge on a sliding scale (depending on the household income).
Child & Family Guidance Center
Valley Child Guidance Clinic
1669 West Ave J Ste 202
Lancaster, CA 93534
Phone: (661) 265-8627
Hathaway-Sycamores Child & Family Svcs
Community Svcs
44738 Sierra Hwy
Lancaster, CA 93534-3225
Phone: (661) 942-5749
LAC DMH Antelope Valley MHC
349 A East Ave K-6
Lancaster, CA 93535-4508
Phone: (661) 723-4260
The last one is probably most likely a sliding scale clinic as it is state funded.

Your school should have a psychologist or guidance counselor on staff who could refer you to a therapist.

You could talk to your school counselor or you could try your county mental health office.
