Should our three Navy Seals be prosecuted for capturing an Top Alquida Operative?

It appears that the US Government is going to on on trial, three Seal Members that captures an Al Qadildo top Operative. The whiny boy is suppose to be one responsible for the plan to murder and dismember then hang the body parts of members of Blackwater Security. Now the captured putz has claimed that the big bad Seals hit him in his stomach after he was captured.

So the poll is....#1. Do we try these Big Bad Men for hurting the little GurlyMan that they captured?

#2. Does this prove that Al Qadildo members are actually Sissy girls that whine when touched?

#3. Are goats in the vision of the Vest Bomb Martyrs? (Virgin Goats)

YEP, WE CAN SEE THE FINE HAND OF OBAMA IN THIS. He is so cowardly he hides behind the scenes and has others take the blame while doing his dirty work.

It is criminal that these Navy Seals are being tried for this and this dangerous terrorist is getting all of this attention. I agree with Col Peters,,,be a patriot, kill a terrorist.

The terrorists manuals instruct the terrorist to hurt their selves and blame it on the people that capture them. That is one of their MO's. These Seals are INNOCENT until proven guilty and they are pleading not guilty.

This man was a participate in killing and hanging some of our citizens off a bridge..

Give me a break! Complaing of a bleeding lip! If I was there he would be dead in TEN seconds, and that is because I am old and lazy.

    no. 1 NO

no the seals shouldn't be prosecuted, its not like they tortured him, they just punched him which is fair enough IMO. This said however the terrorist suspect is accused of murdering armed blackwater security which are technically American citizens not soldiers. Yet blackwater personnel are not held accountable for killing armed afghans, kinda of a contradiction there. its like saying if you shoot me its murder, but if i shoot you its justified.

in response to #2, its actually really smart, hes playing the human rights card, to kick up a media fuss, which will give more sympathy to his cause. (once they detained him the seals were completely responsible for his safety and well being, so beating a detainee would technically be dereliction of duty, if they had just shot him the second they saw him while screaming hes got a bomb/gun/goat, there would have been no questions)

So when American soldiers are captured in a war or kidnapped, and tortured for them it'll be the same as what it is for Americans. Would from their perspective torture of American soldiers be acceptable? Was torture of American soldiers acceptable in Vietnam just like Americans tortured Vietnamese rather massacred them. So if Geneva Convention doesn't matter to Americans then Americans wouldn't mind when it doesn't matter to their enemies??

How would you explain majority of people held in Guantanamo Bay are innocent? Why was their no charges or trials? or Human rights only matter when it comes to Americans?

1 - You provide no detail as to where the capture took place, so that can't accurately be answered.

#2 - No, and I'm a bit concerned about your frequent references of slang homosexual terms.

#3 - No idea, but I think you are making another veiled homosexual reference. Watch out, dude.

Source(s): Ah, here's a link to the story. http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/58451 They lied - presumably to a superior officer. That is indeed a violation. The fact that they were questioned based (presumably) on the allegation of an alleged murderer? That is a totally different matter.
