i think revlon colourstay liquid eyeliner is good. but maybe u need a primer. oh and i think putting powder on the undereyes will form a 'brick wall' that prevents the liner on the uppereye from falling beyond the wall. all in all, i think the last tip is the one that really works. cuz i have like the oilest eyelids ever and even liquid liner smudges on me. but even if i do all these, the makeup will stay for only 5 hrs max and i need to touchup. but maybe it will stay longer for u.
