Please can you rate my deck out of 10 before and after fixes. I want an extremely successful Chaos deck that can Synchro pretty easily and Chaos Sorcerer out too.

I reccomend the following...
For Darks:
Necro Garnda
D.D. Crow
Garnda help control the ammount of cards in your graveyard for DAD
D.D. Crow helps control your opponents graveyard to prevent DAD, Chaos, Judgment, and just about every other pain in the butt trump card PLUS he doesn't go into. If not for any other reason, side deck him
For Lights
Cyber Dragon
Thunder King Rai-Oh
Shining Angel
Cyber Dragon is a good special summon to have
Thunder King Rai-Oh is a great card run in these types of decks
Since for lights you're not overly concerned with the number of them in the grave yard, they're perfect for the job, keeping a monster on your field and a light in your graveyard when they die.
Your spells and traps look solid, naturally everybody has their own personal preference, i'd say drop solemn for bribe, but thats just me.
also i'd consider taking out a phoenix wind wing blast...
Then again like i said everybody has their own favorites,
everybody has their own feelings on those, so i won't get into that.
some very minor adjustments are all that is needed to be made.
I do agree with one of the previous posters, which is why i too say Cyber Valley and D.D. Warrior Lady don't quite fit here since they're likely to remove themselves from play before you can use them to summon Chaos Sorcerer.
Thunder King Rai-Oh will prove to be quite useful in this deck to negate some of the possible problems, and Cyber Dragon is a good card to have, he isn't the strongest, but he can turn the tables with his special summon, then summon tuner and then synchro.
Very solid deck in my opinion
I'd say a solid 8.5 or 9 out of 10
I hope this helps you

Considering that most of your Light Monsters remove themselves from play for their effects, I'm with other posters. Even if you're just going to use them as Phoenix fodder, there's no excuse for having Valleys without Machine duplication.
Twilight is king right now. I'd burn that £40 on Charge of the Light Brigade and Lightsworn cards. I'd also replace Bribe with Torrential.
(If you're going to stick with the Valleys and DD Warrior Ladies, I'd put a Machine Duplication, a few Black Salvos, some Dekoichis and three Dimensional Alchemists to make Lifetrancer, Black Rose, the upcoming Zeman and some speed to the deck. It's a cheaper fix, but one that could lead to some success.)
Apart from the stall cards and the lack of lights going to the grave, this is a quite consistent deck. I'm not sure about Bribe and the 3rd BoM, but that's a matter of preference. 8/10

Great deck... around 9/10
I suggest using LIGHT monsters that are actually going to be in the graveyard, not Cyber Valley and D.D. Warrior Lady which have like a 80% chance of being removed instead.
You could try using Thunder King Rai-Oh or even the odd Cyber Dragon.
By the way, don't listen to that other guy. If Yugioh is what you enjoy playing, then stick with it!

well, back in the hizzay when I used to play (and win many upon many tournaments), I had an Exodia based deck. I was fortunate to have 2 sets of all 5 pieces of Exodia. My strategy was to limit the deck to the BARE MINIMUM so I would be guaranteed to get all 5 in my hand and win automatically. I don't know much about the more recent generations, but perhaps you could put my strategy to use? gut rid of the unnecessary ones so you're sure to get the ones that will kick a** so you'll win every time.
