You bet, I posted a question regarding that PETA being the one that busted the big animal abuse ring in Arlington, Texas.....Yes PETA busted it wide open, amazing huh.

And the Legit part of the question was, Would you be interested in adopting any of these animals.

It was reported and deleted, and I lost 10 pts, the great news is, it was found today not to be a violation according to Community Guidelines and I was given back my 10 pts,.the violation per Yahoo was reversed....

Legit of this question::::::And even better news, the over 25,000 animals found alive, are doing well and tons of letters and calls are pouring in to help adopt these poor animals.......

This is the good news, I was at my shelter today where I volunteer on a regular basis and they have gotten so many calls about adoption's, but the animals are not ready yet, they are still under a health watch quarantine for another 30 days.

Yes, thanks to any of you that have called or written about this....I know the animals thank you...

And Loads of donations are coming in to help care for them.

Animal lovers unite,....God Bless you all...

    Hi AngelWolf:

I answered a question some time back about a dog that was sick and needed the vet of course. The man had been away from home for two days driving a truck and came home to find his dog sick and no one had done anything. He said he had been home about 30 minutes before he was told the dog was sick. The person actually took the time to say he was going to start on his way to the vet as soon as he got off YA and the drive was so long the vet would be open by the time he got there. He wanted to know what he could do for his dog on the way to the vet. He was really P. O.'d that his girlfriend had let the dog be sick and not done anything. He had been sick for two days and from what the man said he was dehydrated. He also said he was going to have to pick him up and tote him to the car and this was a GSD.

I told him to stop and get some Gatorade on the way and to use a syringe or an eyedropper or something to get as much as he could into the dog without making him throw up. Told him to give him a little at the time. I also told him to try and talk to the dog all the way there so he could hear his voice and if someone else was riding with him, it would be a good idea for them to keep their hands on the dog. I really did not think the Dog was going to make it from all the man said.

I got an email a couple days later from the man and he said his dog had made it. He said he had some Gatorade in his fridge and had a syringe there that he had given him medicine with before. He had his gf drive and he held the dog and gave him the Gatorade and talked to him. He told me the vet said that Gatorade may have saved the dog's life cause he was so dehydrated they had to cut to get an IV in. The main thing wrong with the dog at that point was he was dehydrated and it had thrown his entire system off with electrolytes and stuff. I know he may have made it to the vet even without the Gatorade, but this man was thanking me and told me that he wanted to send me a reward for helping him with his dog. I will admit it made me feel real good. I had a huge head for awhile after that. But I would not let him send me a reward. I was so glad the dog lived.

I hope you don't mind this was an old one cause I have not been on a lot lately.

My Cairn and Lab are obsessed with the hose. I'm buying them a sprinkler this year :) They both have a habit of eating those nasty cicada bugs also. Yuck. My Akita/Shepherd mix seems to enjoy standing up on his hind legs and peering over things. He's only started doing this since it got nicer out. Weird. My Chi and Peke/Chi mix don't really do anything odd. They're normally that strange. As for the cats, they both sprint around the house. My Cookie is almost seventeen and just now is getting a little white but still has more energy than my one year old cat.

Wow, I didn't expect that dog to be found alive, that is great news. This week I answered some questions for someone who's dog broke two legs, and they appreciated the advice I gave, and one I think in psychology about a fake will.

It is good that she was found because it is quite bad in NOVA and MD, my friend got 28.5 inches of snow at her house. They have to shovel 25 million pounds of snow out of Fed-ex field by tomorrow night. We got about 18 inches of snow where I am.

    No good news to tell.
