In order to make the best of something one has to have the 'best' vision to do so. It involves creativity, energy and time to do so. Some people can see beyond the seen and make something of it, they are called talented.

Choosing the best is the first option.... making best out of what is available is the secone option. As and when people fail in the first option, they simply keep ruing and complaining about it rather than wisely moving over to the second option, because the second option requires much more effort both externally and internally.

they don't always CHOOSE the best. Sometimes they get something cheap. I am now in the process of buying the most expensive foods because how else am I going to evolve?

for the same reason that some people buy old, banged-up used things to make the very best out of them

it is the great circle of trash and treasure

Cause they are too lazy to make out the best out of anything

i think people make the best choices they can at the time... then try to make the best out of what they have.

Because it is human nature to want BEST for themselves and everyone is not capable of making out BEST out of anything..
