What proofs do you have to show that Muhammad did not write the Quran himself?

Muhammad was unlettered which means that he did not have formal schooling. If you were to study the Quran, it claims to be a perfect Book and challenges the entire mankind to write a single verse which can be better than any Quranic verse - as far as I know none has taken up this challenge.

The verses of the Quran are all linked to each other- the first is related to the second and the second to the third and so on. It is the same for the chapters. All o f them have links to each other - like the 10th chapter is related to the ninth and the 11th chapter. Furthermore the Quran was not complete at the death of Muhammad and it was years later that it was compiled according to the order which Muhammad had asked that it be compiled. Surely that could not come from an unlettered person.

The Quran is filled with prophecies such as the use of finger print to determine who is who; it predicts about mass corruption (Wall street? Billions involved), the re-establishment of Israel, genetic engineering, roads in mountains, transport systems, zoos, linking of the oceans (Panama and Suez canals) women's rights, air traffic systems, aids, and modern communication - all are revealed in the Quran. Now tell me can this Quran have come from an ordinary human being who never went to school?

Regarding pilfering verses from the Bible, Muslims believe that all religions come from God and as such many truths are repeated in the newer religions and many myths also dispelled. The Quran details the story of Mary and Jesus as well as Prophet Joseph amongsts many other stories, but it also dispels the myths such as Jesus being the son of God or God Himself.

Some say that Muhammad stole information from the Bible and added it to the Quran. Do you have examples of these Bible verses?

What proof do you have that he did?

You are the claimant, the burden of proof is on you. You can not prove a negative.

it incredibly is a count of religion. What data does every person have that Jesus had no human father or rose from the ineffective? it is the comparable style of factor I examine the Quran and that i definitely haven't any thought the place you get the areas approximately finger prints and genetic engineering. I meant somebody ought to interpret passages all forms of strategies, in simple terms like the Bible. How ought to an unlettered guy write one in each and every of those e book? precisely. that's what the miracle of the Quran is meant to be approximately; that God extra a revelation to an unlettered guy. you do no longer could desire to have faith it in case you do no longer prefer to. Wow, human beings valuable are hateful in this talk board. i replaced into starting to be bored in psychological well being and Vegetarian/Vegan. possibly i will have greater exciting right here.

There is no proof that Muhammed was 'unlettered'. He traveled in and around Arabia extensively. So he came across Biblical and Egyptian stories all throughout his life. He doesn't need to be 'lettered' to remember and narrate stories. And what makes you think that it is unchallenged? There are plenty of contradictions in the Koran. It is not filled with prophecies. You seem to be picking and choosing interpretations from the text of the Koran to confirm your belief. Everything can be prophetic if you believe it.

Your question is based on false presumptions and beliefs based on your emotional attachment to your religion. Step outside. You need to prove that what you're saying is fact without resorting to belief and faith, and saying X is right because it is so. Just because somebody told you all this in your Madrasa doesn't mean that what you think is factual.

I would like to highlight one point. If Prophet Muhammad pbuh had written the Quran, how would you explain about the sentence below.

One scientific knowledge that the Quran retains is regarding the creation of man during the early stages of birth.

Dr. Joe Leigh Simpson is the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Professor of Molecular and Human Genetics at the Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas, USA..

He studied two sayings of Prophet Muhammad taken from the Quran :

(1)“In every one of you, all components of your creation are collected together in your mother’s womb by forty days..”

(2)“If forty-two nights have passed over the embryo, God sends an angel to it, who shapes it and creates its hearing, vision, skin, flesh, and bones....”

He studied these two sayings of the Prophet Muhammad extensively, noting that the first forty days constitute a clearly distinguishable stage of embryo-genesis. He was particularly impressed by the absolute precision and accuracy of those sayings of the Prophet Muhammad.

How could Prophet Muhammad who was illiterate have known about the scientific truth about birth which recent science just discovered decades ago..?? It is just saying that the Al-Quran is the true word of God(Allah s.w.t) and Islam is the true religion...And this verse is not in the Bible at all and the Quran distinguish itself from the Bible potraying its wonderful scientific knowlegde. Please think about it. Insyallah your heart will be opened to Islam ... Peace be upon you...

Are you kidding me? ALL books have versus that are linked to each other. They're called sentences and when strung together they communicate an idea. If they are not linked together it's called gibberish.

Blah, blah, blah...you claim it predicts all those things but allah could not predict that "radicals" would "hijack" his "perfect" religion and make "the best of people" the most despised and mistrusted group on the planet.

God is all knowing and the challenge is preschool. Are we to think God is so foolish that he would not know that the only ones who would choose his book would be Muslims? The challenge doesn't need to be accepted any and all books are better written than the Quran and the only ones who would disagree are Muslims..Allah failed his own test.

If Allah was correct the entire world would accept the Quran as I see it most people are not Muslims.

Now as to Muhammad writing the Quran, Muhammad was long dead before the Quran you have was put together, and if the Quran is not the word of God why would it matter who wrote it?

He was an illiterate desert wanderer who went to mecca and heard people preaching about Jesus and thought 'hmm I'll die a rich man If I can convince some suckers if I am on the level of Jesus, moses and everyone else in the bible.'

I pretty much summed up the qur'an

The best proof is that illiterates, such as Muhammad, don't know how to write.

He was not just unschooled; he was illiterate.
