is it normal for black girl labs to have blood shot eyes at night?

    if they're ACTUALLY blood shot, no. Have a vet see her.

    But it sounds like you're talking about her eyes reflecting in low light. All dogs' eyes reflect red or green due to the structure of their eyes.

    If you're actually seeing blood or veins, you want a vet to see her right away.
