Late period but negative test?

My period was due Dec.16 it's now the 21st and still no period. From the 16th to the 18th I had cramping like my period was gonna come. When I'm expecting AF my right leg starts to hurt which it did for those too days another reason I though I was gonna start. Now I have very slight cramping.....nothing like the 16th-18th cramping and my breast are fuller and starting last Monday I starting getting lightheaded every day but the HPT came back negative. Has any one else gone through this?

I'm not stressed

I'm always regular

Never gotten lightheaded before 'specialy not lasting a week

    Yup, I have gone through that before. Unfortunately, pregnancy symptoms are just like period symptoms which tend to get us nervous and think/see things that aren't actually happening or there. But it sounds to me like your just late. If your expected period was 5 days ago and you took and test and it came back negative your in the clear. No babies quite yet.

    its the same with me! My period was supposed to come on the 16th and today is the 22nd and my period still hasn't come. i had sex with a condom and did a pregnancy test and it came out negative so im kind of stressed out but i also don't know what to do!

    same thing happening to me my period was suppose to come dec. 18th and didnt and im having cramps to i had light pink discharge last night but now i have nothing...good luck...BABY DUST!

    hey there well im the same only mine is suppose to be here today and so far nothing yet i have been having slithly bareabale cramps since yesterday,my boobies have been sore especially the nipples and sometimes itchy,i guess we juz have to wait and see what happens next!!!!..goodluck and lots of babydust to you gir l:)

    It happened to me about two months ago, I wasn't pregnant though.

    You very well could be though, I recommend a blood test, it will make you feel much better!
