Internet Connection breaks down but not disconnected !!?
hello tech guys, i have wi-fi broadband net connect last few month.. but i suffer with critical problem always.. after 10-15 min. my net connection breaks down.. but its not disconnected. I mean websites not opening when it breaks down. After few min. it works properly.. No virus problem in my pc, i used open DNS, that doesn't worked and my net vendor give me DNS settings like this
DNS
preferred DNS Server: 172.17.2.1
Alternate DNS Server : blank
He said No need to put anything in Alternate DNS server, is it correct? Whenever i come across sites like answer.yahoo or orkut or facebook, there is lots of redirection links, and that links break down easily or takes lot of time to load on. what should i do to fix this problem.. i complain about this to my net vendor he is just an asshoolleeee. This net connection is affordable so i'm using it but fed up with this problem. Any technic or idea ? Please help me out !!

Having no alternate DNS is fine.
Perhaps it's your service provider. If you're using cable, I think it works like this: it'll give you a high speed at first then starts limiting it after a while, or whenever another customer starts using the connection. It does this because the bandwidth is shared with other customers.
