tell you what I'll make it really easy on you. Drop the cradle pull the engine the main wiring harness the PCM and the ECM and mail them to me. J/K I'm looking for your engine in good condition to drop in my little play toy and apparently everyone who has them are in love with them and unwilling to sell them for a decent price.

check all your pulleys that the belt goes around as one might be not turning freely or the belt tensioner itself could be bad, get these items checked before you buy a new belt and install it, there is a routing diagram for the belt under the hood of the car or if a 3.1 engine it's on the engine itself on a plate, also look in your owners manual if you have it as it's in there.

on ether the radiator sroud or the underside of the hood you should have a diagram of how the belt is routed and you may whant to check the belt tensioner and make sher that it is fucing corecly or you may have routed the belt wrong and it will not stay on if routed wrong so do some checking a bit more pastions you will figer out the problem and corect the problem like puting a jig saw puzzel together
