What should I do? My Paper Money is soaked in water and dirt?

My 100 dollar bills were accidentally soaked in dirt and water. I let it air dry and they look okay. Some are halve turn. Should I go to my bank and trade them?

Tears have never mattered in my experience. However, you might want to take the torn ones to a bank or spend them before they fall apart completely.

If any bills are not clearly more than ONE HALF of an original, they are too badly damaged for your bank to accept. The Treasury has a mutilated currency program that may be able to reimburse if you apply directly.

wrong and wrong , they actually have a better air flow , but also retain more dirt due to the fact that the dirt particles get trapped in the oil . all washable air filters due this . 20 yrs ago before k& n were the BRAND , they were using washable air filters on 2 stroke dirt bikes to much success. AND never had any problems with them i would never wash the foam inner sponge on any filter as oil and water dont mix and remember you are reoiling them after , most ppl they had dirt bikes will tell you you wash the filter after every race with PETROL allow to dry and then oil < cheap trick , use 2 stroke or similar light oil> on the filter as you only really need a slight film over it to trap small particles of dirt remember petrol will be dry in a few hours , as for you modifying a air box and using a foam air filter , it your choice , but a manufactured on like k&n or pipercross wil be much easier to fit and remove every few months , i would never clean a reusable air filter once a year , i would do it at least every 4 months on a well used car , as for a bike , all depends on the weather , the more wet , or dusty the more often it would get cleaned

ok so go to the bank and ask them to trade them. if they dont take them, ask them for the adress of the Treasury so you can mail them your money in exchange for new. this happened to me before too.
