1) You can activate Waboku when your opponent declares a Direct Attack so you take no Battle Damage.

2) All Earthbound Immortals are Lv 10, so they all require 2 tributes. Wiraqocha Rasca, however, does require you to return up to 3 cards you control to the deck to activate its effect.

There is no such thing as a good Evil Hero Deck. A TeleDAD variant is the only halfway decent Evil Hero decktype I can think of.

1. Damage from attacks is always considered Battle Damage. (Except in the case that one monster whose effect turns it's own Battle Damage into Effect Damage, but you'll probably never run into that thing since it's not all too usable.)

2. Unless the cards specifically states otherwise (i.e. Obelisk the Tomentor), all monsters with 7 or more stars require 2 tributes to be Normal Summoned.

2) all earthbound immortal cards require Two tributes unless specified on the card or say if you tribute a card like whirlwind prodigy which counts as two wind attributed tributes ibelievee.

3) to have a good evil hero deck you must first build a basic regular hero deck then add and subtract cards and add fusions such as evil hero inferno wing. then add cards to make sure you can play these cards such as dark fusion, dark calling, future fusion and monster rein carnation
